This bill has been received in the House of Lords from the House of Commons. The bill may not be altered or amended by this House, as stated in the Constitution of Kirkland. The vote on this bill shall take place as an automated poll.
#3
I would like to alter article 4 I believe that the news organisations should be monitored and any sedition against the government should be dismissed and the news company that stated it be shut down
#4
The motion to amend is not permitted. According Section 14 of the 1st Amendment only the House in which the bill originates is allowed to amend bills. Since this bill originated in the House of Commons the motion to amend this bill is denied.

A majority of the votes having been cast in the affirmative this bill passes. The Free Press Act is adopted.

Final vote (House of Lords): 5 yes, 1 no, 2 abstain
#5
The bill, having passed both Houses of Parliament, requires approval of the Sovereign to become binding law. By the power vested in me by God and the Constitution I sign this bill into law.

Final Votes:

House of Commons: 1 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain

House of Lords: 5 yes, 1 no, 2 abstain
