Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland
I, Nathaniel Yates, hereby announce the formation of the Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland. We claim the territory of the Duchy of Halmonton and will use it as the center of our new nation. We are to be a nation of perfect equality. We disregard all of the old class antagonisms that were rampant on the Kirkland of old. Anyone willing to join a truly free nation will not side with the power hungry nobles currently discussing the "Re-Organization" of Kirkland but will instead side with us, THE PEOPLE.

Any noble that wishes to join our cause is more than welcome to join. We already have had one former noble, the Duchess of Halmonton, join us. You will be rewarded for helping to grow the new People's Republic. I will guarantee every noble that joins us the governorship of their lands and a seat on the Supreme People's Congress. Your voice will be heard by us, unlike the oligarchs currently discussing Kirkland's "Re-Organization".

Anyone interested in joining us should come to our first official meeting on the deck at Kirk House at 6 PM on Thursday the 27th of October. We will discuss the official policies of the new government, enumerate the benefits of membership in the Communist Party of Kirkland, and have a question and answer session regarding the new nation.

This message has been approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kirkland. Nathaniel Yates is the Secretary General of the Communist Party and is approved to make all announcements in the name of the Party. Inquiries to become a member of the Communist Party must be made through Nathaniel Yates.
The Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland does not claim to be a full successor state to Kirkland and as such should not be assumed to claim all of the land of Kirkland.

Mr. Secretary General,

I will be more than happy to follow you into the new Democratic People's Republic. Just tell me when you get a forum up and running so that I can join it. I would also like to thank the former Duchess of Halmonton for volunteering her territory for usage by the Democratic People's Republic.

I will also join you. I will be able to make the meeting on Thursday. Even though this means I will lose my noble title I will be more than happy to join in this new nation that is devoted to the people. Having been a part of the League of Independent Kirkish Grand Duchies I can tell you from experience that it is run more like a dictatorship than a federation. The Chairman is entirely in charge despite the whole "consensus" thing. It'll be nice to be part of a truly representative nation for a change. Viva la Revolucion!!!!

Thank you to both of you. I will make sure you are rewarded for your loyalty to the people.

To Luke Schmitt, if you are willing to commit your territory to the new People's Republic then you will be made a governor automatically and will be granted a seat in the Supreme People's Congress

Mr. Yates,

As much as your comments are rude to me, I must ask that you keep relations with North Kirkland as that will be helpful to both of our causes.

Lord Arlington,

I will be happy to maintain relations. We wish for there to be no grudges between the successor states of the Most Glorious and Holy Empire of Kirkland. It would be in the benefit of all if we are at least able to remain cordial with each other. Thank you for extending an olive branch to us.

RE: Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland
I would like offer all of my territory, the Grand Duchy of Balromia, to the nation of the Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland. Upon acceptance of this offer all of Balromia will be considered territory of the DPRoK. I wish only to be considered a full citizen of the DPRoK and ask for nothing else in return except what is granted to me by the people. I will also renounce all of the noble titles that I held in the Most Glorious and Holy Empire of Kirkland upon the acceptance of this offer. Please accept this offer from a humbled noble who wishes to do the right thing for the people of Kirkland.

RE: Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland
I gladly accept you offer. You will be made a full citizen of the Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland and shall be granted immediate membership in the Communist party of Kirkland.

You have greatly aided the continued peace of Kirkland and have successfully resolved the succession crisis surrounding the dissolution of the old Empire. First, for your duties to Kirkland and the People of Kirkland I wish to award you with the Order of Marx, the highest award able to be granted by the Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland. Second, I would like to offer you the governorship of Balromia. And lastly, since I know that you have extensive experience in government I would like to appoint you to the position of Chairman of the Supreme People's Congress.

Please feel free to come to the meeting that is scheduled for Thursday where we will fully and officially found our new and glorious nation. I know that your knowledge of constitutional language will be greatly appreciated.

From all the People of Kirkland I wish to once again say thank you and may we all follow in your image.

Since I have confirmation from all those who will be attending the conference for the founding of the People's Republic I am announcing that the conference will be pushed up to tonight at 5 PM. I have sent all of the attendees an email about this but I just thought I'd announce it on here as well. I hope to see you all tonight.
