Motion to Split the House of Parliament
#8
A majority of the Parliament having supported the amendment the amendment is incorporated into the original bill. The bill, having received the necessary three-fourths majority of Parliament for a Constitution Amendment, passes. The Motion to Split the House of Parliament is adopted.

Final Vote: (for incorporating amendment) 6 yes, 0 no, 2 abstain; (for passage of the proposal as a whole) 7 yes, 0 no, 1 abstain

By the power vested in me by God and the Constitution I sign this amendment into law.

Since all the nobles are currently Members of Parliament, and Parliament having passed this amendment without objection, the amendment will be immediately incorporated into the Constitution.
