#1
Be it resolved by The Emperor's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Temporal in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. The House of Parliament shall be split in two separate houses, the House of Lords and the House of Commons

2. Any peer shall have the automatic appointment to (and the right to vote) in the House of Lords

3. Any citizen that is elected in any general election shall have the right to vote

4. The House of Lords shall be headed by the Lord Chancellor and the House of Commons shall be headed by the High Speaker

This is due to the uprising of wanting rights from the untitled citizens of Kirkland and to keep the peace of Kirkland in any way possible

I call for an open vote
