[i]Be it resolved by The Emperor's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Temporal in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: [/i]
[list=1][*]Parliament shall limit the number of seats in the House of Commons to no more than 20.
[*]Parliament shall reserve the right to amend this legislation at a later date.
[*]To amend this legislation shall require a two-thirds majority in both Houses of Parliament and approval of the Sovereign.[/list]
