[i]Be it resolved[/i] that Johnathon Zimmerman, a new citizen of Kirkland, be appointed to the House of Commons with all the rights and privileges of a full Member of Parliament.

A plurality having cast their vote in support of appointment the appointment passes. The appointment will now be sent to the Commons for approval there.
