[i]Be it resolved[/i] that Nathaniel Yates shall become a Member of the House of Commons. He shall be granted an empty seat and shall be granted all the rights and privileges of a full Member of Parliament.

A plurality having cast their votes in favor of appointment the appointment is validated. Nathaniel Yates shall now be considered a full Member of Parliament in the House of Commons.

Final vote: 4 yes, 1 no, 3 abstain

By the power vested in me by God and the Constitution I give my assent for this appointment.
